Brandi Iglehart isn’t your typical attorney; and that’s exactly how she likes it. Born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas, Brandi built her career with one goal in mind: to help the people in her community feel at peace about planning for the future.
After graduating in the top 2% of her law school class and earning 14 top papers along the way, Brandi could have gone anywhere. Instead, she came home to make a difference where it matters most: right here in Searcy, Arkansas.
At Pinnacle Legacy Law, Brandi focuses on Elder Law and Estate Planning, walking families through every step with patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make the process feel less overwhelming and more empowering. She believes legal planning shouldn’t feel cold or complicated - it should feel like sitting down with someone who truly cares about your story.
Outside of the office, Brandi is a proud Razorbacks fan, a devoted mom, and someone who treasures time with her family and friends. Her down-to-earth nature and deep Searcy roots make her not only a trusted legal guide, but also a familiar, friendly face in the community she loves.

For more than 20 years, Tracy has dedicated her career to helping others, working in the medical field and holding leadership roles where she guided teams and supported families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of compassion, problem-solving, and the importance of truly listening; qualities she now brings to the world of elder law and estate planning.
Tracy believes that her purpose in life is simple but powerful: to help people. Whether it’s navigating complex medical situations, assisting families through difficult decisions, or providing guidance during times of transition, she approaches every interaction with empathy and a steady hand.
Outside of work, Tracy’s heart is full thanks to her two ridiculous cats, one dog that has the hugest underbite you’ve ever seen, and a family she absolutely adores. She loves spending time with loved ones, creating memories, and finding joy in life’s simple moments.

Kassandra Baggett
Case Manager
Kassie is Attorney Brandi Iglehart’s Case Manager, where she uses her background in medical case management to keep cases organized, timelines on track, and clients supported throughout the legal process. She takes pride in being a steady point of contact for clients and is known for her strong attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving skills, and calm, compassionate approach—even when cases present unexpected challenges.
Outside of the office, Kassie is married, a devoted mom, and an avid animal lover. She values family time and enjoys unwinding through gaming, reading, and being outdoors whenever possible. Kassie is also a self-described thrill seeker and adventure junkie who loves to travel and experience new places. Her favorite destination is Hawaii, where one of her most memorable adventures included shark cage diving—an experience that perfectly reflects her adventurous spirit.
